Come join us at CDS for summer fun!
Let the games begin! Come join us for our very own CDS Summer Games. Ever thrown a javelin or a hammer (pretend that is)? Whether or not you have, come join us and let your inner Olympian run free. We will also have a shoe race, discus throw, 100 inch dash and so much more! We are all winners!!
In this camp, students will learn about sensors and motors by creating an interactive art piece. The students will explore the possibilities of robotics with the Hummingbird Kit that was developed at Carnegie Mellon. Then they will build and program their art piece using assorted materials such as cardboard, paper, sensors, motors, and LEDS.
