Sliding Scale Rates (for CDS students only):
- Tier 1 ($0 – $9,999 tuition): $383 per camp session
- Tier 2 ($10,000 – $18,000 tuition): $765 per camp session
- Tier 3 ($18,001 – $28,000 tuition): $1148 per camp session
- Tier 4 ($28,001 and up tuition): $1530 per camp session
Affordable Camp for our SF Community
In the interest of offering an amazing camp experience for all, we are pleased to offer our lowest level sliding scale tuition to families who qualify for free or reduced lunch. Please contact camp administration with documentation of eligibility.
Monday, March 8 at 10 AM: CDS families on sliding scale, CDS families with essential workers, any community families with essential workers, any community families who are on free/reduced lunch in SFUSD or who receive city services
Wednesday, March 10 at 10 AM: All CDS families
Friday, March 12 at 10 AM: All community members
Refund policy – Any cancellations before May 1 will have no charge for families. For any cancellations between May 1 and two weeks before the session begins, families will receive 50% back of their registration cost. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations less than two weeks before the session begins.
Cancellation policy – The school reserves the right to cancel summer camp at any time and for any reason, including force majeure events or school closures initiated by the School or government authority. If such a cancelation occurs before June 1, 100% refund will be returned. No refunds will be given after June 1. This policy applies to all cancellations regardless of signup date. All refunds will be credited via your original payment method.
Registration deadline – Registration deadline is two weeks prior to a session start date. Late registration additional $50.
All registration forms including medical history, emergency contact, and acknowledgement of health risks, AND payment, are due by the registration deadline. Campers cannot attend unless all registration fees are paid in full.
Late pick-up policy- camp ends at 5:00. Starting at 5:05, late pick-ups will be charged $10 per minute.
